Recruitment News - Regulations helping job creation says REC

The Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) says that the creation of permanent jobs because of Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) will be extremely beneficial for umbrella company contract workers.

Mr Kevin Green, the REC's chief exec, told reporters that some temporary workers are being employed full time by employment agencies - giving them more job security.
